THE HOMESTEADER PACKAGE: $9,600

Ceremony & Reception

​

Four Day Access to the Venue: 

Access  two days prior to the event date,

 and item pick up the day following the event.

10 am-6 pm set up days.: 

9 am - Midnight on event day:

11 am-1 pm day after event.

Exclusive Use  of the Venues

No other events will be scheduled during the 4-day access.

 

Rehearsal

Rehearsal can be scheduled anytime during the 4-day access. 

 

Rehearsal Dinner

Rehearsal dinner can be held on site.  Option to bring in your own food & alcohol.

Event must conclude and guests exit by 10:00 pm.

Bridal Suite & Groom's Rooms

Access to the Bridal Suite and Groom's Room

 starting at 9 AM on event day.

​

 

THE WEEKENDER PACKAGE: $7,700

Ceremony & Reception

​

Three Day Access to the Venue*: 

Access  one day prior to the event date,

and item pick up the day following the event.

(10 am-6 pm set up days.:  9 am - Midnight on event day:

11 am-1 pm day after event.)

Rehearsal

Includes one hour of rehearsal time:

Date, time and location of rehearsal pending other events, scheduled in ceremony barn the day prior to wedding day. Rehearsal dinner time is NOT included in this package.

Bridal Suite & Groom's Rooms

Access to the Bridal Suite and Groom's Room

 starting at 9 AM on event day.

​

* One day prior access applies to reception venue only.  Actual decor and rehearsal day will be either on or two days prior to wedding day, pending other events scheduled the day prior. There may be other events and other parties present during the 3 day access, but not on the event day.

THE CELEBRATION PACKAGE: $6,500

Reception Only

​
