Bar Basics

What you need to know...

THE BEER:

We have a

3-Tap Kegerator.

No need to rent taps unless you want the ability to take leftovers home and tap off site.

No need for coolers or extra ice-the kegerator is refrigerated and we also have back up refrigerator storage for an additional 2 kegs, which means we can keep up to 5 kegs cold and ready to serve.

THE WINE:

White wine is typically more popular than red. For your mix of wines, we recommend that you go heavier on the white wine, with a little less red.

White Wine:

Consider offering one sweet white wine- Moscato or Riesling and one less sweet such as a Sauvignon Blanc or a Chardonnay.

Red Wine:

A red blend is a good choice or a Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon. Sweet Reds aren’t typically popular, as your sweet wine drinkers will prefer a white wine.

THE MIXERS
(& OTHER STUFF)

His & Hers drinks are always popular. These can be premixed and put in gallon containers behind the bar. You can offer them all night long or just during cocktail hour.

We recommend keeping it simple with 3-4 liquor options (vodka, whiskey, rum, etc). A couple of soda options and 1-2 juice options will keep your guests happy and prevent you from spending too much money and having lots of leftovers to pack up and take home.

Hard Seltzer and/or Hard Cider are fun options to add to the menu if you want a little more variety.
